SPRINKLER FITTER lay out, install, repair, maintain, modify and test fire protection systems in various buildings and settings. They work on all types of fire protection systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, stand pipe, clean agent, carbon dioxide and dry chemical. Performing tasks:

  • Performs safety-related functions and common occupational skills.
  • Installs water supply.
  • Installs pipping.
  • Installs and lays out fire protection systems and devices.
  • Inspects, Tests and Maintains fire protection systems.
